SOB ( Saúde Ocupacional Brasil) is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) focused in healthcare.
The app works in partnership with the “GP” to help patients contact their doctors in a more efficient way, arranging the bookings online within minutes, even complex exams with the doctors referral.
Speaking with the client, we found the need of something quicker, better and easier than the methods used now in Brazilian clinics.
Being able to arrange conversations with nurses and doctors 3 times quicker then the usual call to the clinic and the hope to have a quick conversation with a doctor without waiting for weeks.
Countries like UK already have systems with such technology, and with great results.
