2. Services

Klosowski Design provides creative services including, but not limited to:

• Graphic design
• Branding
• Web design
• Visual content creation

All services are subject to project-specific agreements, quotes, or proposals.

3. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before work begins.
• Final files or deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

4. Revisions & Scope

• Each project includes a set number of revisions (defined in your quote).
• Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Any changes to the project scope must be agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

• All design work remains the property of Klosowski Design until full payment is made.
• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final deliverables as agreed.
• Klosowski Design retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear instructions, content, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure they have the rights to any materials (images, text, logos) supplied
• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or missing assets.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a project is cancelled, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.
• No refunds will be issued for completed and approved work.

8. Liability

Klosowski Design will not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
• All content on this site is owned by Klosowski Design unless otherwise stated.
• Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.
